MEDICAL CANNABIS PROGRAM

Welcome to the Virginia Cannabis Control Authority’s legacy patient portal. The portal may only be used for the following reasons:

• Patients with existing accounts may login to view their account information.
• Patients with a certification through this portal may create an account to submit an application to add a registered agent. Be advised that this portal does not contain a payment process and payment will need to be mailed to the CCA.
• Dispensary staff may be given permission to search for a patient’s certification using information provided by the patient.
• Practitioners can view their account and any certifications they issued through this portal.
• Practitioners may be given permission to submit Patient Change in Status applications upon request.

Please do not submit any other applications through this portal, as they will not be processed.
